Returns Policy

At Happy Chârm, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging. You must notify us of a return in advance via email at info@shophappycharm.com.

The costs for returning an item are for the customer. The fixed return fee is €5.95.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 to 10 business days.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. Additionally, due to hygiene reasons, not all products can be returned, such as hygiene-sensitive items.
