General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Happy Chârm website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Company details

Happy Chârm is located in the Netherlands. For questions, please contact us via info@shophappycharm.com

2. Offer and prices

All products and prices on the website are subject to typographical errors and changes. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. The offer is valid while stocks last.

3. Order and agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and Happy Chârm confirms it by e-mail. Happy Chârm reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a valid reason, such as fraud or incorrect data.

4. Payment

Orders must be paid in full via the available payment methods on the website. The order will only be shipped once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Happy Chârm ships orders placed before 4 PM the next day. Orders received after 4 PM will be processed the following day. Shipping takes place via standard postal services. Delays do not entitle to compensation.

6. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. The return shipping costs are € 5.95 and are at the customer's expense. After receipt of the return package, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Personalized products cannot be returned.

7. Warranty

Happy Chârm supplies products that meet reasonable expectations. In case of defects, please contact us via info@shophappycharm.com. The warranty expires if there is improper use or damage caused by your own actions.

8. Liability

Happy Chârm is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product or incorrect information provided by the customer. Liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Complaints

In case of complaints, please contact us via info@shophappycharm.com. We aim to answer complaints within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) or the European ODR platform.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.
