General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Happy Chârm website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and prices
All products and prices on the website are subject to typographical errors and changes. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. This offer is valid while supplies last.
3. Order and agreement
An agreement is concluded once you place an order and Happy Chârm confirms it by email. Happy Chârm reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a valid reason for doing so, such as fraud or incorrect information.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid in full using the available payment methods on the website. The order will only be shipped once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Happy Chârm ships orders placed before 4:00 PM the next day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following day. Shipping is via regular postal services. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.
6. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. The return shipping costs are €4.99 and are the customer's responsibility. After receiving the returned package, the purchase price will be refunded within 5 business days. Personalized products cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
Happy Chârm delivers products that meet reasonable expectations. If you experience any defects, please contact us at info@shophappycharm.com . The warranty is void in the event of improper use or damage caused by your own actions.
8. Liability
Happy Chârm is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product or from incorrect information provided by the customer. Liability is always limited to the amount of the order in question.
9. Complaints
If you have any complaints, please contact us at info@shophappycharm.com . We aim to respond within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) or the European ODR platform.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.
